That is why we start with a written description rather than code: what the agent does at each step, which systems it talks to, where it stops and calls a human. The first line of code appears after you sign off on that document.

The agent is written by developers, not by prompts. Every step is written in code and reviewed by a human. When the input changes, the agent does not improvise. It does what it was built to do.

The agent is Python code, not a flow clicked together in a no-code builder. Every step is written out explicitly: which data it takes, what it checks, when to stop and call a human.

So any step can be opened and read. Not “the neural network decided something”, but a specific line that any developer can follow — not only ours.

Code,
not a prompt

Every step is a function with a defined input, output and error behaviour. What the agent does with an edge case is decided by the written scenario, not by the model at request time.

The difference shows up in month two. A prompt-driven agent starts answering differently as soon as the wording of a request changes. A code-driven agent does the same thing every time, because there is no room for “at its own discretion”.

How long does it really take?

Simple tasks take 6 working days, as in the example above. More complex ones we discuss at the review, where we give the exact timeline straight away.

What if the agent cannot be built?

We return 100% of the amount. It happens rarely — at the review we say straight away if the task does not fit this format.

What if the agent is ready but the result is not good enough?

We keep improving it free of charge until it closes the task described in the spec. There is no refund in this case — we take it to the result.

Who maintains the agent afterwards?

Your developer or us — the code and the credentials are fully yours.

Does my team need to be involved?

Minimally — 30 minutes at the start and a little time for acceptance.

What if I have no technical background?
